Please Telephone me to discuss any problems or queries.  Contents for gift boxes may vary according to availability of products.  Exchanges of an equal amount or greater value will be made.

We reserve the right to cancel any order which we believe can not be delivered safely and timely. This would refer mainly to fresh foods.

Customs - We ship all international orders with customs forms listing the contents and the value of the package(s). Consequently, since customs charges vary from country to country, recipients of international orders are accountable for all duties, taxes or tariffs as mandated by their country/government.

International Shipping Disclaimer - Due to the complexity of Custom authorities in some countries, shipments may be subject to custom inspections, which might cause unexpected shipment delays. 'The Pantry' assumes no responsibility for delays, import duties, taxes or confiscation of any products by customs inspectors or other personnel; neither do we guarantee delivery time whenever custom delays occur. However, we will try our best to deliver your order to you with maximum effort. If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up a product within 30 days from the shipping date, 'The Pantry' has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way the company chooses.
